They’re a private company, but Pacaso just reserved the Nasdaq ticker “$PCSO.”

No surprise the same firms that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo already invested in Pacaso. What is unique is Pacaso is giving the same opportunity to everyday investors. And 10,000+ people have already joined them.

Created a former Zillow exec who sold his first venture for $120M, Pacaso brings co-ownership to the $1.3T vacation home industry.

They’ve generated $1B+ worth of luxury home transactions across 2,000+ owners. That’s good for more than $110M in gross profit since inception, including 41% YoY growth last year alone.

And you can join them today for just $2.90/share. But don’t wait too long. Invest in Pacaso before the opportunity ends September 18.

HUMAIN CEO Tareq Amin Exploring Plans to Launch AI Academy at the Company’s Riyadh HQ

🔹 What Is It About

HUMAIN CEO Tareq Amin announced plans to launch HUMAIN Academy at the company’s Riyadh HQ, aiming to deliver AI training that goes beyond theory and certifications. The academy will focus on hands-on programs that put learners directly on real AI tools, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and the skills companies actually need. The goal is to empower students, professionals, and entrepreneurs to build, deploy, and scale AI in practice.

🔹 Why It Matters

Current AI training often focuses on certifications and theory, leaving learners unprepared for real-world applications. HUMAIN Academy seeks to fill this gap by empowering students, professionals, and entrepreneurs to develop practical, deployable AI solutions, positioning Saudi Arabia as a hub for AI talent development and practical innovation in the region.

🔹 What’s Next

The team is inviting the community to shape the academy’s curriculum, asking for insights on key focus areas, missing components in today’s AI training, and ideal learning paths. Platform builders interested in collaborating on an AI-first L&D platform can reach out via [email protected] or comment directly on the LinkedIn post.

$6 Million Prize Money And Top Tennis Stars Highlight Netflix’s 2025 6 Kings Slam In Riyadh

🔹 What Is It About

The 2025 6 Kings Slam tennis exhibition, set for Oct. 15-18 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, will feature men’s world No. 1 Jannik Sinner, Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz, Alexander Zverev, Jack Draper, and Taylor Fritz. Last year, Sinner earned $6 million for winning, while each competitor took home $1.5 million just for showing up. This year, Netflix will exclusively stream the event, marking its second foray into live tennis after the 2024 Netflix Slam.

🔹 Why It Matters

The event represents Netflix’s growing push into live sports, joining NFL Christmas Day games, boxing cards including Canelo Alvarez vs. Terence Crawford, and sports-style scripted programming. Exhibition events like 6 Kings allow Netflix to “eventize” content for global reach, advertising opportunities, and lower production costs compared with traditional season-long sports rights, which are locked up by ESPN, TNT Sports, and other media partners for years.

🔹 What’s Next

Produced by IMG, owned by TKO Holdings (also parent to UFC and WWE), the 6 Kings Slam reflects TKO’s strategy of turning one-on-one sports into high-profile global events. Netflix’s streaming deal signals more “made-for-TV” exhibitions in tennis are likely, as seen in upcoming events like “A Racquet at The Rock” in Newark and a Jan. 2026 exhibition in Hong Kong featuring Nick Kyrgios and Aryna Sabalenka.

Aldar To Launch UAE’s First Tesla Experience Center On Yas Island By 2027

🔹 What Is It About

Aldar Properties announced plans to develop the UAE’s first Tesla Experience Center on Yas Island, combining a showroom, service center, and delivery hall in a single 5,000 sqm facility. The project, located along the E12 highway with easy access to Abu Dhabi and Dubai, will feature 170 parking spaces and 20 V4 Tesla Supercharger stalls, aiming to enhance Tesla’s footprint in the region with a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility.

🔹 Why It Matters

The development positions Yas Island as a strategic hub for global brands while strengthening Aldar’s reputation as a partner for international clients seeking bespoke real estate solutions. Targeting an Estidama 3 Pearl rating, the project incorporates sustainable features such as rooftop solar panels, high-efficiency HVAC, low-emission materials, LED lighting, and rainwater recycling, highlighting the UAE’s push toward environmentally aligned, net-zero infrastructure.

🔹 What’s Next

Scheduled for completion in 2027, the center will welcome both existing and new Tesla customers in Abu Dhabi. Aldar Investment, managing over $12.8 billion in real estate assets, views the project as a key step in expanding its industrial and logistics offerings, reflecting confidence from global companies in Aldar’s capabilities and Yas Island’s strategic role as a base for long-term growth.
